Wynn Johnson.

Wynn grew up in Southport, North Carolina, a small beach town where sports were breakfast, lunch and dinner. He played multiple team sports until high school, then focused on tennis, eventually attending Methodist University and becoming the #1 player on the team and earning a top 100 NCAA national ranking.

Before pickleball exploded, he and his partner Kayhahn Alikhani founded The Dinkery, one of Charlotte's first and largest pickleball clubs, and later sold it to Tipsy Pickle.

Today he runs Dinkademics out of Peak Time Pickleball. He coaches players from competitive club level to PPA touring pros, runs pro camps and builds the online community. He was named Charlotte's 2025 Coach of the Year.
